Sizes & loading
Every Eco Craft salad bowl shares the same Ø185 mm rim, so one lid fits all three volumes — and one truck can carry any combination of kraft, white and printed bowls.
A single PET or PP lid fits the whole range. Fewer SKUs in your warehouse and no wrong-lid stoppages on the filling line.
Combine finishes and volumes in one shipment. You don't need full-truck volumes per article to get an efficient freight rate.
Bowls nest, and pallet configurations are planned around the trailer — so you pay to move product, not air.
Lids
Every bowl ships with a lid that has been dimensionally matched and leak-tested against it — supplied with its own Declaration of Compliance, so your compliance file is complete on arrival.
Clear, rigid, cold chain. The default for chilled retail salads where the product has to sell itself.
Heat-tolerant and impact-resistant. For hot-fill, reheat and foodservice handling.
Optional anti-fog treatment keeps the product visible through the chilled cabinet.
Tamper-evident and vented executions available on request for retail programmes.
Material
We use virgin cellulose from FSC®-certified, responsibly managed European forests — not recycled fibre. That removes the mineral-oil and contaminant risk that comes with recycled board in direct food contact, and it keeps performance identical from batch to batch.
Production
Our European plant runs highly automated forming lines with inline vision control and automated palletising. Less manual handling means fewer variables — and a bowl that behaves the same on pallet one and pallet one thousand.
High-speed die-cutting and forming with servo-controlled tooling. Dimensional tolerances held tight enough for reliable lidding at your filling speed.
Camera systems check print registration, rim geometry and defects in real time. Non-conforming units are rejected before they ever reach a pallet.
Reel, batch, shift and pallet are linked digitally. If you ever need to trace a unit back, it takes minutes — not days.
Controlled production and storage environment, GMP under EC 2023/2006, and minimal human contact with the food-contact surface.
